Eggless Cookie Dough

Eggless Cookie Dough - Dear Miss Lyss

Do you hate fighting that awful urge to eat raw cookie dough when you’re making a batch of cookies?  The biggest reason for not eating the dough right off the mixing spoon is the eggs.  I have found a fantastic solution: EGGLESS COOKIE DOUGH

How exciting, right?!  With this recipe, as soon as it is mixed, you can grab spoonfuls and shovel them in your mouth.  Maybe that’s a dramatic way to eat it, but when you can finally gobble down something that you’ve been told not to eat your whole life, it’s pretty exhilarating.

NOTE:  This eggless cookie dough recipe is not meant to be baked.  Do not attempt to turn this into actual cookies as it will not work out too well.

Serving suggestions:
1.) Roll into balls small enough to put into ice cream to make your own version of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream!
2.) Eat after the dough has been refrigerated (or even right after making if you’re that excited for it) for a fulfilling serving of cookie dough!
