These are probably some of my most favorite cookies! I originally found the recipe here, only I made it a little more my own so I’m posting my recipe now!

|Yields 2 dozen cookies|
|1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened|
|1/3 cup white sugar|
|1/2 cup packed brown sugar|
|1/2 cup peanut butter|
|1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract|
|1 cup all-purpose flour|
|1 teaspoon baking soda|
|1/4 teaspoon salt|
|1/2 cup rolled oats|
|1 cup semisweet chocolate chips|
|1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets.|
|2) In a medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.|
|3) Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and egg until well blended.|
|4) In a separate small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Then stir into batter just until moistened.|
|5) Mix in the oats and then chocolate chips until evenly distributed.|
|6) Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving about an inch between.|
|7) Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown.|
|8) Cook on cookie sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.|
