Fruit and Protein Smoothie


Smoothies, in my opinion, are fantastic.  They are easy to make and extremely portable to take on-the-go.  They also can contain a ton of protein, which can be enough to keep you full for a while.
I often make these exact smoothies for lunch and they are perfect.  I have a Ninja blender that comes with these handy single-serve cups, so my ingredient measurements reflect that.

Servings: 1
1 cup combination frozen berries of any kind (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/2 banana
2-4 Tbsp yogurt (any flavor)
1/2 cup milk (regular, almond or coconut)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Maca powder
(+ any other supplement powder of your choice)
***These measurements do NOT need to be exact. Have fun and experiment with whatever you feel is necessary for your own smoothie!

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
